More Jean Stoffer x Cambria

The broad appeal of designer Jean Stoffer goes beyond her unique and timeless interiors created for clients. Her elegant and approachable aesthetic featured on her Magnolia Network TV show The Established Home and in her best-selling book Establishing Home flows from an authentic desire to help people obtain and enjoy quality home décor and design elements. That desire also drives the beautiful and functional items available at Stoffer Home—including the Stoffer Home Vanity Collection now available with a selection of five different Cambria quartz design top options.

The partnership between these two strong brands that share midwest origins and headquarters—Stoffer Home in Michigan and Cambria in Minnesota—first launched with the Stoffer Home Freestanding Cabinetry Collection. These family-owned businesses value American craftsmanship, excellent customer service, and passion for design. And Stoffer’s appreciation for Cambria goes back several years. “I’m aware of quality differences in quartz,” says Stoffer. “We deliver a quality product and I just really want anything we’re associated with to have that same high standard.”

Over the years in her design business with daughter Grace, Stoffer noticed certain vanity design styles and sizes kept showing up in her work because they function so well. She also began to realize that many people don’t have access to good bathroom vanities.

“Maybe they’d find [a vanity] with a cool design, but the finish wasn’t good or it wasn’t made well,” says Stoffer. “Also, a lot of other designers might just do one bathroom at a time and need a resource for vanities versus a custom cabinet maker.” That’s when Stoffer asked her team if their Stoffer Home website could be just such a resource. And that’s essentially how the original Stoffer Home Vanity Collection was born.

“We decided to launch a point and click purchase option that makes it easy to get the vanity you want with confidence it will arrive in good condition,” says Stoffer who is adamant about quality. And for her, quality goes further than good construction. “It’s also about drawer construction with glides that are all wood and won’t fall apart when exposed to moisture,” she says. “Finish is also important to us. Because what I saw over and over in other retail vanities were finishes that degraded around the knobs, often within a year.”

Stoffer Home Bathroom Vanities undergo a multistep finishing process with many sandings in between the layers for a gorgeous finish that is extremely durable—for pieces that will be in great shape for many years. Combine that with a Cambria quartz top that resists chips, scratches, and stains and is nonabsorbent, is easy to clean, and doesn’t harbor harmful bacteria, and you’ve got an incredibly functional vanity that will look so beautiful in your bathroom. Better yet, beyond offering durability and beauty, Cambria also has a transferable Full Lifetime Warranty.

Stoffer knew that offering Cambria allows people, no matter where they live in the continental United States, to get something that is high design and high quality delivered directly to them. “You know what it’s going to look like without having to go someplace to pick out a top,” says Stoffer.

Stoffer Home Bathroom Vanities are available in six styles made of either white oak or hickory and come in 18 colors and five wood stains. Each can be topped with a curated assortment of Cambria quartz design options handpicked by Stoffer:

If you love to design like Jean Stoffer then consider her bathroom design perspective. When designing bathrooms, she thinks of vanities from a furniture point of view and builds them to be used that way. Her vanities could go wall to wall or be finished on each end like a freestanding piece. She says, “They could even be put together, But we love separating them so they look like two dressers in a room. The designs are very restrained. There is no carving or onlays—a key to making it look good for a long time and not fall into any particular style or time period. They harken back to the design aesthetic that I resonate with—classic old homes that have timeless designs and classic proportions with simple and restrained detailing.”
