Consumer Marketing Manager

Cambria has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment.  The Consumer Marketing Manager will assist in the strategic and creative development of the Cambria brand. He/she will act as a brand steward and is responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans against a consumer target audience
  • Work with internal and external communication teams (i.e. media, creative, digital, public relations, social, agencies, etc.) to execute integrated marketing communication plans
  • Plan and execute marketing programs and promotions for key markets throughout North America to help boost traffic and visibility for Cambria Studios and Galleries (i.e. showrooms)
  • Identify, analyze and prioritize key target audiences to create strategic positioning and messaging against them
  • Understand and/or develop brand strategy, guidelines and objectives to ensure communications concepts align with brand identity
  • Analyze competitor brands and understand the marketplace in order to identify opportunities and react accordingly
  • Determine messaging calendars for all marketing initiatives
  • Lead brand educational efforts throughout the company and with external partners
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (preferred programs include Marketing, Business, etc.)
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, understanding of the industry is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • Influential skills to gain support and inspire others
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties
  • Experience in the home, building or interior design industry is a plus
  • Superior analytical, organization and follow up skills
  • Proven attention to detail / highly organized
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Strong PC skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
