Launched in October 2007, the Beautiful Design Giveaway awarded one lucky winner a $20,000 kitchen makeover.
Barbara Rosier of Portland, Oregon was selected from more than 140,000 registrants as the winner of the Cheryl Tiegs Beautiful Design Giveaway. Mrs Rosier received an interior design consultation with former supermodel and fashion icon Cheryl Tiegs and Martha Kerr, a certified Master Kitchen and Bath Designer with Neil Kelly Company located in Portland, Oregon and Cambria countertops for her kitchen. Together, Mrs. Rosier, Ms Tiegs and Ms. Kerr selected Cambria’s Windsor™ from the Quarry Collection™ to complement Rosier’s oak cabinets. They also decided to improve the kitchen work space and visual appeal with several ideas from Ms. Kerr, including new lighting and cabinet hardware. Mrs. Rosier’s Cambria countertops will be fabricated by Cambria partner Custom Countertops of Salem, Oregon.
"I am so excited about being selected as the winner of the Beautiful Design Giveaway," Rosier said. "My brother is a contractor and said that Cambria is the top-of-the-line in countertops! I also am thrilled to work with Cheryl Tiegs and Martha Kerr, which will help me make my new kitchen beautiful, easy to maintain and environmentally friendly."
"We are extremely pleased to award Barbara with this prize package and look forward to working with her to make her dream kitchen beautiful as well as practical and 'green'," said Mark Blanchard, Cambria's Regional Vice President of Western Sales. "We know she will enjoy her new Cambria, which is maintenance-free, doesn't require sealing with harsh chemicals and is nonporous - a perfect option for any kitchen or other room in the home."
"Cambria is truly a wonderful product because it is eco-friendly and the company uses environmental practices in their business, as well, which makes it a natural product to have in the home," said Cheryl Tiegs. "I recently completed my own kitchen remodel with Cambria and I'm excited to help bring the natural beauty and practicality of Cambria into someone else's home."
